A global environmental scan was completed, followed by scenario planning to identify potential growth paths. We worked collaboratively with the client to agree the scenarios and identify “journey flags” and their likely responses
RESULTS DELIVERED:
The international study identified major technology value chain shifts, creating opportunities for the power generator, but immediate risks to the business unit under review. The workshops and further detailed analysis informed the business turnaround strategy that was accepted by the Board
