The client wished to grow their business by increasing its share of wallet of the existing, combined client franchise through expanded offerings and the cross & up-sell of products, and sought a strategy and joined-up group business model design to realise this objective

HOW WE ASSISTED:

Developed a client-centric strategy and designs for increasing ‘share of wallet’ including; joint segmentation and Customer Value Proposition development, bundled offerings -comprising products and services from across the group – intermediary support and integrated channel management to enable cross & up-sell, and recommendations for enhanced customer analytics tools and capabilities

RESULTS DELIVERED:

Group organisational structures were enhanced with measures designed to ensure improved collaborative working and information sharing.  Revenues were increased through intra-business referrals.  The programme helped to shift focus from a product and silo orientation to a more segment orientated, integrated client-centric approach
